Individual Par Bogey

Par/bogey format is a stroke play format where each hole is scored like in match play, by comparing the player's score to a predetermined "par" or "bogey" score for that hole. A player wins the hole with a score better than the target, ties if the score is equal, and loses if their score is higher.
